For adults, youths, families and casual runners.

Ages 7+. Under 13 runs with an adult; under 18 needs guardian consent.

Race-day schedule

  1. Kit collection & check-in
    Show your QR pass at the counter.
  2. 5KM flag-off
    Warm-up on stage, then off we go.
  3. Family Adventure starts after the 5KM finishes
    Five stations, one passport.
  4. Charity Bazaar & stage
    Plant-based food and partner booths.
  5. Closing
    Group photo and thank-yous.

Questions

Where does the money go?
Every ringgit raised goes to the cause — the meals, and making this run happen. RM5 provides one warm plant-based meal. See our mission
Can kids and grandparents join?
Kids under 7 join the Family Adventure. From 7 they can run the 5KM (under 13 with an adult). Grandparents are welcome in either. Spectators and the Charity Bazaar are free.
Can I skip the medal?
Prefer to give? Skip the medal at registration and we'll provide 3 warm plant-based meals instead.
Can I do both?
Yes. The 5KM finishes before the Family Adventure starts. Tick 'Also walking the Family Adventure' when you register; one pass covers both.
